Do I have to pay a monthly fee to use EVA?

No, you pay a one time fee for EVA. This includes the EVA device (installation included) and access to our software portal. The use of this portal is free. 

Can I configure EVA manually?

No, EVA is specifically developed to work autonomous. This way our customers don't have to worry about configuring their setting and be able to use their time on other matters.

Which energy contract do I need to request?

To make EVA work correctly we advice to request a dynamic energy contract. This way EVA can work with the different hourly energy rates.

Do I need residential batteries to use EVA?

EVA doesn't need residential batteries to work. However we do advice against this because EVA needs a source to save excess energy. Without residential batteries EVA won't be able to optimize your energy consumption.

Why does my energy supplier offer a dynamic contract?

The choice to offer a dynamic contract stays entirely with the energy supplier. Only suppliers who have over 200.000 clients are required to offer these contracts.

What if I still have an analog energy counter?

When you still own an analog energy counter it isn't possible to request a dynamic energy contract. This doesn't have to be a problem. We can install EVA upfront so EVA can create a consumption profile while waiting for the digital energy counter.
