In such cases:

  • Data is accessed only after proper authorization.
  • EVA retrieves only the data necessary to provide monitoring and related services.
  • The third-party provider remains responsible for its own platform and privacy practices.
  • Data processing is subject to the agreements and permissions granted by the customer.

EVA is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms but processes retrieved data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5) Use of APIs

The EVA Portal and Applications use APIs to:

  • Communicate with EVA hardware
  • Retrieve inverter or energy system data
